About the role
As an Exercise Therapist you will identify patients’ physical strengths and limitations, and confidently design and deliver a suitable and safe exercise programs.

Qualifications and experience
- 2+ years’ experience in the health and fitness industry working with clients either one-to-one or in a small group
- Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
- Pilates / yoga Instructor qualification
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Agree to undergo police check as required
- Relevant visa or permanent residency in Australia
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Australian driver’s licence (if you wish to add home visits into your services)
Tasks and responsibilities
- Assess and identify patients’ strengths and limitations
- Provide safe and suitable individualised exercise programs
- Monitor patients’ progress and adjust programs as required
- Provide clear and timely documentation of services provided
- Provide suitable resources
- Keep up to date with relevant research and up to date with industry guidelines and practices

Working with the ORSI team

You will be able to take part in or lead our community events and The Learning Hub.
As the clinic receptionist you will be a key part of our tight-knit group. You will enjoy regular team lunches, social events and celebrations, which are never mandatory, but always well attended.
