We are happy to announce that the next Friday Social will be hosted in person!

Afro Step Fitness Class combines the best of step aerobics and African dance into an awesome, super fun workout! Created by Sydneysider Sheron Sultan, a health and culture advocate with roots in South Africa and Mozambique and featured on Channel 9, Channel 10, SBS and ABC.

Sheron will guide us through a fun and easy to follow workout with great music. The session is open to anyone who has experienced cancer past or present. All fitness levels are welcome as we’ll be focusing more on music and dance rather than calorie-burning!

Research shows that exercise has many benefits for people who have been affected by cancer and can help to manage some common side effects of treatment. What a great way to incorporate more exercise into your lifestyle!
